The cancellation policy for Jade East 710 mirrors that of the VRBO listing,  providing clear guidelines for guests. This policy outlines the terms  under which cancellations are accepted and any potential fees or  refunds. Guests are encouraged to review this policy carefully to  understand their rights and responsibilities when booking. Cancellations greater than 30 days out = full refund, between 15 & 30 days = 50%, and less than 15 days = no refund.

In addition to the rental cost, guests are responsible for a one-time  cleaning fee and a 13% Florida lodging tax. Yes, when housekeeping’s schedule allows, we are happy to help with early check-in. While it can never be guaranteed in advance, we know how much smoother arrival day feels when your family can settle in sooner.

We can also help with groceries. Schedule an Instacart delivery for arrival day, and we will unpack your order for a $25 concierge fee, whether you book through Vrbo, Airbnb, or directly with us. Having waters, snacks, breakfast items, and the first groceries already in place can make the first afternoon feel calmer, especially after a long drive or flight.

Each guest is provided with 1 assigned parking spot, highlighting our commitment to convenience and security. We also have plenty of additional parking for a second vehicle. This ample parking arrangement ensures that guests have enough space for their vehicles without the  worry of finding parking. Beach service is not included with your stay, but it is easy to arrange. Jade East Towers partners with Barefoot Beach Service, which offers chair and umbrella rentals along with items like kayaks and paddle boards. Service is typically available from March 1 through October 31.

The Destin Ft Walton Airport is approximately 25 minutes away from Jade East Towers, making the property easily accessible for travelers. This  convenient location allows for quick and easy travel arrangements for  guests arriving by air.
